RCMP Seek Public Assistance in Theft Investigation

An RCMP press release issued on Wednesday indicates the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP are seeking the public’s help in solving an ongoing theft investigation.

According to the press release, on July 21, the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP received a report that a blue in colour (with black handles) Yamaha generator, model EE3000ISE, had been stolen from behind the Harbor Pool.
The generator was mounted on the back of truck and the chain was cut.

Police indicate that the generator is worth an estimated $2,500.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact Cst. Stone of the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP at 780.992.6100, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
