Police Seek Public Assistance in Tree Vandalism Investigation

The Fort Saskatchewan RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in an ongoing vandalism investigation.

According to police, a 5m tall spruce tree located on 99 Ave. and 94th St., was cut down by an unknown individual on or about June 11th. The tree, which has a diameter of approximately 18cm, is valued at more than $5,000.

RCMP are asking that any witnesses to the incident contact Constable Stone of the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP at 780-992-6100. Alternatively, one can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
