Shell Theatre Unveils Season
Shell Theatre unveiled its 2012-2013 Performance Series this week, with an impressive lineup that opens on September 28th with alternative rock band, 54-40.
Clasical music fans will be enthralled by The Winners Tour, featuring pianist Georgy Tchaidze and the Ceclia String Quartet, who will be visiting in October.Later that month, the Shell Theatre will be hosting Canadian Country Hall of Fame legends, Prairie Oyster. Foothills Brass and Tyler Yarema follow on November 2nd and 23rd.
Beatles fans will be treated to “the complete Beatles experience” in December, with a pair of performances by Fab Fourever. The New Year will feature ballet group Citie Ballet, A Circumpolar Soundscape, the Denis Chang Manouche Quartet, and Clockwork Mysteries.
Local performers Yvonne Jenkins, Joe Supple, and Braden Gates will perform in this season’s Fort Series. Missoula Children’s Theatre will also return, performing The Secret Garden on November 17th.
Season tickets go on sale June 19, and individual tickets on June 26.
